Certifications


With extensive experience in the cheese-making sector, tradition-rich expertise and a passion for quality under its belt, in 2009 Giordano SRL was awarded the highest level of the BRC and IFS certifications which are indispensable to establishing business partnerships in foreign markets.

They constitute two important standards which endorse the skills of food production companies in terms of the safety and authenticity of their products.

BRC CERTIFICATION

The first, founded in England by the British Retail Consortium, promotes efficient supply chain management by reducing the need for external auditing and increasing the overall reliability of supply chains.

IFS FOOD CERTIFICATION

The second, IFS – International Food Standard, is an equivalent certification but oriented towards and sought after by the German, French and Italian markets.

With these certifications, Caseificio Giordano ensures a high level of product quality and safety, improves company processes, simplifies relationships with customers and achieves excellent market visibility and competitiveness.
